Delivery
See item details for estimated arrival times – it takes a week, on average, to make personalised items and we post on the next working day .
Customs and import taxes
We ship from the UK. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Digital downloads
Instant downloads are not refundable.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Payment options
Secure options via Stripe payments (including cards, Apple Pay and Google Payments).
Stripe keeps your payment information secure.
Returns & exchanges
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital Downloads
I gladly accept other returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery. Refunds only on return.
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy (where we also sell) or any third party services you access. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you also authorised Stripe payments to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom orders, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I do not hold any information for newsletters or mailing lists as I do not use this sort of marketing.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
A) As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
B) If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
C) As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use if you purchased from my Etsy shop. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
A) I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use if you used my Etsy shop.
B) To post your items I engage certain trusted third parties eg the post office and other people who post your items for me. I will share your personal information such as your address with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Legal collection of information
I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes.

Packaging details
Cards will come in a sealed cellophane bag unless indicated on the individual item.
Some cards come protected in a stiff, gift presentation box.
I may recycle packaging and use it to send your order.
Glass items such as frames will be heavily bubble wrapped, boxed and labelled fragile.

Returns
If you need to return your card/gift, please use the original packaging where possible.
Refunds do not include the cost of posting the item back.
We can not refund personalised or digital items.
Is the item suitable for children?
WARNING: Shop gifts usually contain small items that could be pulled off by children. Some parts of cards may be made from metal, beads, buttons, foam, ribbon, plastic resins and paints/art mediums. They may become a choking or sharps hazard. Do not leave with any child under age 6.
Because of this, cards, gift card holders and pictures are not toys and the information is provided to help you match the age of the person to the suitability of handling these gifts.
How quick do you post items?
Usually the same day if I receive the order by 3pm – but may be up to 7 working days (or 7 days for personalised orders).
Each items states whether first or second class or you can select when ordering directly.
I post via Royal Mail. Please note that posting is also called shipping time.
International shipping details
Gift card holders and greeting cards would be sent by International Royal Mail for a Large Letter.
The buyer accepts responsibility for paying import taxes/duties. Items will be sent as none gifts (i.e ‘other’) for tax purposes when postage is declared to send from the UK.
Delivery is usually within ten days of posting but I can’t guarantee this due to circumstances beyond my control. Occasionally it takes 2-3 weeks to receive gifts.
I can send:
* up to 4 gift envelopes or
* up to 4 cards
in one parcel. If you would like to order more than this, please ask for me to get a postage quote.
Please provide your full address and full zip code or equivalent to help with smoother carriage.
What if I need to order more than one?
Please ask about larger quantities for any gift card/invitation envelope in my shop.
Orders are shipped from the U.K. so please add 3 weeks to the delivery time if you are outside the U.K.
Please also check the ‘make time’ in item descriptions.
All custom orders are not refundable and no guarantee can be made of arrival time as this is in the hands of the postal service.
Use of glitter and card – environment issues
Do you use glitter on products?
Most paper and card that is purchased is pre glittered with ‘no shed glitter’. This means the glitter will not come off as it is mixed and sealed with a glaze. It can not, therefore blow away or fall off to get into our oceans via wind or water supply.
Use of paper and card
Approximately 70% of my paper materials are from FSC certificated companies.
Products made with wood and paper from FSC forests means that you won’t be harming the world’s forests.

Custom and personalised orders
For your orders which include choosing a design, colour or personalised words/dates:
1) Part of the personalisation is about you choosing a colour / design or words for your item. I will contact you within 24 hours to find out your preferences. Without these I can not start your order. If I don’t receive these details, the order will be cancelled after 2 weeks.
2) Please look out for e-mails via Etsy to confirm your choice or look at design possibilities etc.
3) I aim to keep you informed at every stage so I can get your order just right.
4) Do check out the make times and add this to delivery time to ensure it can be done for the time you need it.
5) These are for personal gifts and no part or whole can be resold.
